DC 3.3.6 MC 5942

REPORT PRODUCED BY ONE CPTN. ULTRA MAGNUS ON BEHALF OF CHIEF JUSTICE TYREST OF THE TYREST ACCORD

At date DC 3.3.5 MC 5942 and time 03:25 suspect was witnessed outside High Council Pavilions, Iacon etching obscenities into the side of The Chamber of Ancients.

Suspect is described as being of small stature, approximately 2.4384 mechanometres in height - it is noted this is well below average Cybertronian stature. Suspect is mono-optic, with what is believed to be a scooter-adjacent alt mode.
1 NOTE: This remains speculative, as the suspect markedly did not transform, even mid-pursuit. However, suspect has prominent handlebars attached to their helm as well as an uneven tyre-size distribution, which lends credence to this - UM

I BET IT'S SOME SORTA HOVERCRAFT. THE WHEELS'LL TURN SIDEWAYS AND EVERYTHING. SIDEWAYS THE DIRECTION, NOT LIKE, THE GUY - RW

When approached, suspect initially feigned ignorance, behaving as though they were not aware of the presence of an officer. When pushed further, dismissal continued.
2 NOTE: Add 'wasting officer time' to suspect's list of charges - UM

Suspect was in possession of a K-28 plasma torch
3 NOTE: This model of torch is usually used in chronometry, for finishing embellishments on timepieces. Consider potential connection with suspect in cases WH-271, WH-272, WH-273, WH-274, WH-275 - UM

FIGURES - RW
which reporting officer attempted to confiscate as a potential weapon. Upon attempted confiscation, suspect became irritated and attempted to flee the scene of the crime. Reporting officer initiated pursuit through backstreets of Iacon.

Suspect has shown considerable agility owing to their diminuitive stature and use of zip cables to aid their escape - as a result, suspect was able to evade apprehension.

CONCLUSIVE NOTES

- In absence of further offences, this incident will not be followed up on.
- Restoration of Chamber walls is underway. Due to the specific tool used in the vandalism, it may not be possible to repair incurrent damage entirely.
- Reporting officer unable to identify a badge indicative of faction on the suspect. Treat as suspected Non-Aligned Indigenous Lifeform.

UNIQUE ABILITIES

For the information of Officers engaging this suspect:

ZIP CABLES: As their name might suggest, the suspect is prone to using prehensile cables to boost their agility and sheer movement speed. This is dependent on the suspect having surroundings which they can use to their advantage, i.e. for them to be surrounded by structures they are able to latch onto and pull themself towards. It is hypothesised that the suspect may experience difficulties with flat or barren terrain.

ELECTRICAL DISCHARGES: The cables wielded by the suspect do not only serve as a mobility aid; they are also powerful conductors of electricity. The suspect will use this electricity to disable a pursuer should they feel especially threatened - or should they get arrogant enough to do so. These shocks have been recorded at a potential difference of up to 10 kilo-volts and a current of 30 amps. The recipient of this shock was immediately sent into an induced stasis, recovering approximately 3.5 cycles after the shock was administered.

MISCELLANEOUS

Suspect is defiant by nature, and is inclined to behave in a certain way should they believe it is the opposite of what any immediate authority figures 'want'. Suspect does, however, seem extremely resistant to reverse psychology, responding with the likes of "Are you stupid?" among other insults. Add 'Insubordination' to list of charges

Suspect has demonstrated great affinity for organics and organic life in general. Suspect will actively avoid putting organic lifeforms in harm's way. Potential endangerment of organic life also seems to deeply agitate suspect - even the notion of insulting their beloved creatures sends them into a rage.

Uses strange, non-Cybertronian language in their standard vernacular. Possible side-effect of organic exposure.
